Each coaching session tends to look different, it all depends on the client’s personality and the celebrations and/or challenges she is currently facing. Meaning, sometimes she may start off with a bang, other times she may be slow to warm up, neither is wrong, they are just different. In any case, my job is to listen, guide, encourage, and offer accountability. That is often facilitated through the Grow Model. This coaching structure was developed in the 1980s by three coaches. With this proven method, combined with similar models, and my coaching experience, I have developed a collaborative structure to use.
